On behalf of everyone at ki, we want to wish you a fantastic beginning to 2021!  We have been busy working on new projects involving the things that we love, namely Japanese food and Japanese craft sake.  Here are our offerings in a nutshell.

S a k e   F l i g h t   E x p e r i e n c e s

Our hugely popular sake flight experiences have been on offer since the beginning of 2020 curated by Sake Samurai Michael Tremblay for enjoyment at home.  These experiences customized to your expereicnes, for the sake beginner to the aficionado, and explore themes such as Japan's vivid geography, history, sake making ingredients and classifications.  The sakes come accompanied with a video by Michael connecting the dots between the sakes, and includes first-hand experiences brewing sake and of his travels through Japan's facinating sake world.  The idea is to make you feel like you are travelling Japan through the amazing sakes presented.  The ki sake flight eperience is paired nicely with a trio of oshinko, Japanese pickles, a perfect complement to the sakes.
